Ah, not willing to allow a now publically accessible IP onto my backend... here is some criteria for a test case to run it in your QA environ

• server is 1-2 vpc running joomla on a linux distro'd vm.
• joomla 4.2.5 runs ok when creating blogs with images
• fw is running with tested combo like quality proprietary and comodo rulesets
• your test (local) ip is whitelisted

I deleted the user creds I gave you privately as its not viable any longer given your IP is publically available via the image you shared.

I have two takeaways from my blackboxing the issue to death, they are as follows:

• server is too small for the demands of sp page builder to handle only 1-2 changes per multiple hours to a day
• threadbehavior for thread promotion into long term threads indicate a memory leak most likely around saves/edits with the MySQL handler

I have made a akeeba backup to check my localhost & it works fine on my localhost. I think your server blocked to load the page builder resources.

Toufiq Please delete that backup on your localhost immediately and confirm when permanently deleted. Any movement of my data off site always needs to be checked with me first. This is not acceptable practice by any means! I expect that site deleted confirmation back from you within 24 hours!

You have not told me anything I know already. I already told you I can save 1/2 items successfully then it logs me out. I also told you that I have resolved all firewall issues altering my security posture to suit your SP Page builder plugin. I also told you that my server is memory constrained and the process threads pattern suggests a memory leak given my server layers have been config checked a few times by me. So, please fix your module's memory leak issues that has cost me many days in debugging to rule out server and stack issues (other then a constrained VM) or place an advisory on minimum VM spc in your module. The latter is often a strategy to keep customers happy whilst accepting a lower level of software quality.

Touriq I am in now and can see the ID you were given twice, which is part of the contrained server v memory leak. Did you spot this and assume server misconfig? If so, I have debugged this and know its leaky threads locking user instance whilst your software throws one out. This is resource constained limits been mishandled. It resolves in time but only supports my above comments.
