Images Not Showing On Iphone And / Or Not Sizing Properly

Has anyone else reported the issue of images not showing on iPhone and / or not sizing properly? It seems the first image on the page will not load when using an iPhone. No problem on Android phones; they all show and size properly. All the rest of the images will load. If you rearrange the rows, same issue; first image doesn't load. Have had this issue on several sites, but the current one has this config:

Joomla: 4.2.3 PHP: 8 Helix Ultimate: 2.0.11 Page Builder Pro: 3.8.9 Page Builder Template: Physiotherapy

Thanks in advance.

Update:

Lazy load for Page Builder Pro is causing the problem. We switched over to Lazy load for Helix Ultimate template and it works ok.

Before I close, this may be an issue with your product that I ask that you check out. As stated, we've been encountering this a lot. If I remember, one of your articles suggested that you use PB lazy load vice template. So others may have the same issue. So we configured our sites based on this configuration.

Hi, we just wanted to follow up with this thread / topic. The problem still exists when you enable lazy load in Page Builder and problems with Apple mobile devices. We are also finding it is causing images to not fully load and look "fuzzy." It's also causing some images not to load at all.

We had mentioned in another thread that in the U.S. around half of mobile users use an Apple device. Thus of concern.

Sorry to hear that, but you have to then disable lazy load.

Yes, we just enable in the template. With that said, I would think you would want Page Builder to successfully work with Apple devices.
