Major Error While Migrating From SPPB 3 To 4

Hi, In SPPB v3.x, when adding a custom css to the addon, the css was limited to the addon because every css instruction was prefixed aith the addon id like #sppb-addon-1627584781502 li

In SPPB 4.x, this prefix is gone so in the example above, the li style is applied to the whole page

This is very problematic when you want to nmnigrate because all pages and all addons need to be modified and renders the custom css field useless..

Please fix ASAP in the next release

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. You can add this type of css code inside the css box addon settings.

#addonId

#addonId{
    background:#ddd;
  height:40px
}

-Thanks

Sorry bu this is a stuppid answer.. Who will pay for going through the wole 100 pages and god knows how many addons to change all the CSS codes ?

When developping a new version, you need to maintain some backward compatibility SPPB 4 is a total mess

Hello Jeremy Magne

I have not seen any differences in the CSS applying method. If you apply,

#addonId{
    property: value;
}

then it will be applied to the specific addon.

Best regards

Yes, If you had the individual style for each addon then you should add the CSS code for the individual addon. Thanks
