Make It Possible To Set A Link To The Template Logo

When creating template duplicates, we assign them to different pages of the site. And it often turns out that many different landing pages are created within the same domain and each has its own logo.
Now when we click on the logo, we fly to the main page of the domain. Which breaks the logic of using different designs and landing pages within the same domain.
Make it possible to specify a custom link for the logo in the HELIX Ultimate settings.

By now only if you will customize logo.php file from /features folder.
For example: templates\decora\features\logo.php
But indeed, I will ask our developers to add that.

But, after all, this file is one for the entire template. And there can be several styles.
