Mega Menu Helix3 - Floox Template - Can't Organize Submenu Items

I'm setting up a new site using the Floox template, and I'm trying to setup a 4 column Mega Menu. I've created 4 submenu headers and single articles under each of those. When I go to edit the top level menu item, I see the submenu items in a sinlge box, in the first column, but I dont have the ability to drag them into the other columns. I can easily add modules, but submenu items are not movable?

Accepted AnswerI figured out that I wasn't hitting the "reset" button to build the new layout. Reading the directions throughly helps

Please take your mouse ponter to the three dots and then you will be able to drag.

Accepted AnswerI'm sorry, I know how to organize the menus int he backend, I'm trying to get 4 columns of links to appear, and they all just keep showing up in the first column. How do I move each heading into its own Helix column?
