Modal Popup Works Only On The Home Page

Hi there

I have created a module in the header using Page Builder and the Modal Popup addon. For this I copied in an external plugin from Elfsight with a code. Everything works fine on the home page, but as soon as I go to a subpage the popup with the integrated form is no longer displayed. Why is this? And what can I do about it?
