Installing Ver 4.04 Broke My Back End Admin SP Page Builder

I have a Joomla 3.10.11 website up and running with Joomshaper 4.0.3 and upgraded to 4.0.7. Now, I don't have a Joomshaper Backend edit module that works. In other words, I have no working Joomshaper to edit my pages content, either on the front or backend. When this happened last time, I believe I was able to uninstall very 4.0.x and reinstall ver 3.8.8 and the site came back up. Can you confirm this will work before I do it? Thanks, Tim

I don't know what is "Joomshaper 4.0.3" I guess we talk about SP Page Builder.
If you already had SPPB 4.0.x installed and you edited some pages with this new editor it may not be fully possible to back to SPPB 3.8.x. were changes in database!
The best way to revert SPPB component is to use website backup.
