Customize SP Booking Field Names

I need to customize SP Booking for a campground. The use case is campgrounds and campsites instead of hotels and rooms. Am I able to change the heading "Rooms" to "Sites" via CSS or some other way? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
