Hi. Why I can't use blocks on PB? I bought option with All Layout Bundles and still when I want to use blocks it sais BUY PRO?

Do you have access to the layout Bundles, please? If yes, then kindly clear your Joomla cache and check again.

Otherwise please make sure you have put the email and license key in place:
