Hello Rashida and thank you for following up. It only works when I use the "scroll" setting for image, not "fixed". Using fixed produces a gray background. And I would prefer to use the "fixed" method of image placement which is located in the sp-pageeditor

Yes, you are right! The value of 'fixed' combined with 'cover' may not work properly on some mobile browsers (Safari iPhone). And background attachment has an additional tooltip about it too. those two property doesn't work well together on some cases, and it's browser compatibility issue not page builder or any other product of us as per my knowledge.

Any solution to make it scroll rather than fixed? Is it just this template or all joomshaper templates?

Sorry for the delayed response!

As I said, it is not a problem with our templates nor the sp page builder.

It is the issue with safari browser, for some reason safari doesn't like the combination of 'fixed' with 'cover'.
