SP Contact Form. Verification Expired. Check The Checkbox Again Error

This just started to happen. When someone fills out a contact form (Form Builder Addon) it now spins for a while then above Google Recaptcha, we see "Verification expired. Check the checkbox again." error, and the same thing happens over and over. It's used to work.

Please help
