Pitech Template Full Modal Menu Not Working

Pitech Template, Helix Ultimate 2.0.4

I have tried to put the menu in the "offcanvas", in the "menu" as well as the "menu-modal" module positions, but the Full Modal Menu does not appear.

In the source coude I find this, but I do not know how to "render the style" .

I just removed this css code from the custom.css file. 

backdrop-filter: blur(0px);

We are using a different menu for the project now, but I have the same issue with a helix ultimate template at https://jakob.ke-server.de/: What am I doing wrong?
