Is It Possible To Use A Date/time On The Coming Soon Page, Rather Than Date?

Hi folks!

I'm planning to launch a site in the evening, and when I select a date it's starting from the beginning of that day with the countdown - eg. 0001hrs.

Is there any way to specify a date/time or is it only possible to use a date?

I tried searching the forum but didn't find any question asking this.
