Back-end product you can edit from here, it's J2Store - so it's a little bit tricky, so blame j2store developer, not us for that UX.

But I agree, I prefer different e-commerce component.

About main problem, I see that you set too fresh/new PHP version for all installed extesnions etc.

Please set to PHP 7.4 by now, and recheck site.

If all will work, then switch to PHP 8.0.x and test again.

And I think it's limit for that QS package by now.

For sure it will NOT work with PHP 8.2 ! Also becuase Joomla CMS 3.10 limits.

To be honest, maybe using J2store for products category nor shop is not the best idea. You have so many others much better components for that purpose.

I have no idea why product images and product titles are not displayed in a single product page.

For sure DJ-Catalog is better choice. Used many times with Helix templates.
