it was a weekend, right. In that period support is limited. Shops, even most of pharmacies, are closed.
About your question, custom shapes are not developed yet.
You have to use your own CSS method to add your own (custom) shape for the section (row).
Quick tip! Add custom ID name for Row then use custom CSS with custom shape file / styles etc.
Do it like you would do it for HTML site. That same rules are here.
