Problem Of Menu With Newsberg Template

I have a problem with the main menu of template Newsberg : there is a large blank before and after the menu and the sub menus are very far, also mega menu doesn't work. I have asked several times for an answer to tha t problem. I can't log in the administration on Safari. I hope somebody will answer this time. thank you.

Accepted AnswerHello, the problem was resolved with piece of code you have given to us but it is back on Chrome ! There is several centimeters of blank befotre and after the horizontal main menu.
