Handy "Hamburger Menu" Yamas

Template 2 years ago

I am currently creating a website using the "Yamas" template. In contrast to all other SP templates, the menu in the mobile phone view (iPhone/Android, Safari/Firefox/Chrome) only shows the main menus. With all other templates, the submenus are displayed laterally offset below the respective upper menu item when displayed in the "Hamburger Menu" / 3 line menu / "Off-Canvas" (I don't know what the correct name is in English-speaking countries) - with " Yamas" is NOT the case, and I can't find any settings for a different display. - What can I do to make ALL menu items visible on ALL levels in the mobile phone menu?

Yes, you are right. The solution was very simple. But initially, I have searched the solution on a lot of areas and finally found it. The soluition is interesting. I have opened offcanvas module and hide submenu from the options. Then turned it back on. Then the issue is solved. You do not need to remember anything for the future.

Hello Wolfgang

Please share a screenshot of your issue to understand it better. Take a screenshot and share via any platform. For example: Lightshot or Imgur

Best regards

The submenus are visible on the desktop, on the mobile phone (iPhone + Android, all browsers) only the top instance: video + screenshot in the transfer:

Dear Joomshaper, I've been waiting for an answer for 14 days to solve the problem that the template "Yamas" doesn't show any submenus when displayed on mobile phones (no matter whether iPhone or Android, no matter which browser). This works with all other templates from Joomshaper, just not with "Yamas".

I'm just a stupid designer and consultant and NOT a PROGRAMMER, but I'm just losing a customer and my trust in the reliability of your company because of your silence...

My dear Ofi Khan, I'm finding it increasingly difficult to accept your "apology for the inconvenience": I've been waiting for a month for a substantive response to my (I hope) simple and effective answer question.

To better understand my question, you asked me for a screenshot. I then provided you with a screenshot and a video via Dropbox in the "Hidden Content".

Then on February 8th you asked me for the access data to the server, which I then set up and forwarded to you in the "Hidden Content". As I can see today, since February 8th you haven't been logged into the administrator area once (!!!) and you haven't responded to my question either.

I have reactivated the now invalid Dropbox link and will send you the screenshots link again in the "Hidden Content" (valid for 8 days). Show picture and video: Menus AND submenus are visible in the desktop, but only the MAIN menus in the mobile phone view. This error is NOT present in all other Joomshaper templates.

I'm just a dumb designer and not a smart programmer, so I can't answer my own question. I depend on what you call "support", sorry. I've already asked for help twice in the chat with a reference to my support request: The last reply from "Support Specialist JoomShaper" is from February 24th and says: "Apology for the delay. You will get a response soon."

Okay, but please please please: As soon as possible !!!

Thank you Ofi Khan! As I can see, the "repair" took only 105 minutes from noticing (downloading screenshots) to sending your email - as expected: a simple problem after a month of waiting ... never mind, THANK YOU again !!!

The question naturally arises: Is it really a program error, or have I made a wrong setting somewhere / or put it another way: How can I "repair" any future errors of this kind myself?
