I have reinstalled 4wellness - with joomla 3 and tried to upgrade to joomla 4 and I followed the instructions in https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3#basic2 where I ignored the warnings for joomshaper - and secured that everything was as recommended in php etc.

but the same happens Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Application\AdministratorApplication::isAdmin()

Please go to configuration.php file and set

public $debug = true;

Then we can see the error location.

Please disable spcookieconsent and then administrator will load. On your files, go to plugins/system and remove spcookieconsent folder.

i did that. then frontend worked - but not back-end

then I removed JCE editor and NOW IT WORKS
