Unable To Load Sample Data

Hello I am unable to install sample data in Pitech template. I installed via quickstart which didn't load sample data. Now I can't load it from admin section as well. I get the following error: Step 1 Failed: Another Tag has the same alias (remember it may be a trashed item). I am not sure why this is happening to new install. This is an urgent issue for me as I need to prepare and show to my client. Thanks for your prompt response in advance. Asif Virk

by default Pitech QuickStart has DEMO data, but with dummy images. Template package is just a template, empty one.
I also don't know what you did wrong, and how it was possible to install QS without data.
Anyway,,,,

- Super User access
- FTP access

I just checked again, looks like now the images (dummy images) are missing, but content appears to be there. Here is the link and super user info in hidden content:

Accepted AnswerIt's OK, those grey boxes are dummy IMAGES.
