Sp Page Builder Error After Setting Mail

I setup mail on global configuration, using SMTP. After I setup the mail, suddenly the logo on frontend is gone. I cannot open the sp page builder and helix framework crashed. Can I know what is the real issue & how to solve the issue?

Does PHP mailer function work? Please test it. Then check your SMTP configuration. You may contact your hosting provider about this.
