How To Get To Typography Settings?

On this doc page it shows what I need to edit, but it doesn't show HOW to get there. I find no typography menu anywhere in the Settings and this doc does not say where to look for it.

If you click on certail addon then you will find some settings icons above/below the addon right in the frontend editor. Then you can see a T icon which represents Typography. Here is a screenshot for your ease.
You will find Typography Settings only from the inline addon editor of the addons that has text content.
