Where does The Raw HTML Get Its Styling From?

I have two PP buttons on a page. I updated the code in one button (the code from PayPal and the addon is Raw HTML) Is there any way I can control the text style. The screen dump attached has the old code on the right and new code on the left.

In general, it's a question for PayPal support or PP documentation - if it's possible to add styling to forms, in theory it should be possible, but form is loaded from PP server. Excuse me, but I don't want to speak for them.
If yes, then in Page > Custom CSS - you can add extra CSS styling for form fields, text etc. OR You can use template Custom CSS for that task.
