Getting an error on my form. What is the remedy here. I have tried all the publicly posted info.. please help

Hi,

I have created a new test page as well as a new form builder addon in your booking page. Both are working now. I had to change the PHP mail to SMTP and then using your verified from email from global settings to your email template:

Emails are now sent to the recipient email address. I have set my own email address there to check if it's working or not. Kindly change the recipient email in your email templates here: https://prnt.sc/KN9bWG2HDFTK and let me know if everything is okay now or not.

Note: you can remove the test menu and page from your site after checking.

I did try it. No luck. It is still showing the same error.
