Pro Reverted To Free

When I logged in to the back end of my site today, I discovered that I no longer have the Pro version of 4.0.7 despite having 196 days left on my subscription. I have an "Upgrade Today" ad in the sidebar and no "License & Update" section in settings.

Joomla 4.2.8, Helix template 2.0.11

Sorry for your issue.

Kindly, install the SPPB Pro version manually over there and check the following documentation:

Thanks. Your documentation at the link you provided may need to be updated. Mine said "com-sp-page-lite-next.xml", not "com-sp-page-builder-free.xml".
