I get this strange characters in the menu instead of the arrow.

Why would you ask that? this is going on for months after upgrading to SP Page builder 4.0
I have another ticket, no answer three months ago (Rashida Rahman) was in charge then... and no answer.

There are other two installation that don't show this characters. at axioma-training.com and axioma-solutions.co.uk
