Check that you haven't got the coming soon option turned on in Helix or Joomla Global Settings, if those are turned on it will prevent you from accessing/editing the page.

The settings for Helix are in System > Templates > Styles > Helix, then open Template Options, and on there go to Basic > Coming Soon and Disable it

For Joomla Global Settings it's System > Global Configuration and the Site Offline Setting

Thanks for your quick response, I really appreciate that!... but maybe I was not clear in explaining my problem.

The only thing that makes my page appear is when I put it in coming soon!... if I remove that option, my home page does NOT appear, I have it ready and configured, only now, if I remove the coming soon option, it no longer appears nothing is seen!... only a blank page is seen!...

Hopefully you can see the images that I shared in the link, there I graphically explain how my main page is going to white!... and it only works or I know the graphic when I put coming soon!...

I did not find the link that you tell me about System Helix... I do not use that template... I am using a template called itappshowcase_Default

Can you help me please?... I URGE to solve this and I already add the page on Thursday, February 23, Mexico time.

Problem #1 - White/Blank Page:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare gt_render_widget_float() in modules/mod_gtranslate/tmpl/default.php on line 21

Problem #2 - Warning message from template made by LTheme:

Undefined offset: 1 in /templates/ltappshowcase/features/social.php on line 112

As you can see both issues are not caused by JoomShaper products.

After short investigation I set Offline mode back in Global Configuration.
