Thank you for your reply. It looks very good, but how about the body sections "Lessons" and "Review". Can they be removed from the template as well?

Thank you, that was just what I wanted.

One last thing though. In header it shows a tab called FAQ. Could this be removed since the FAQ section is not displayed? And "Short description" tab is not shown. So could FAQ be removed and "Short description" added?
