Page Builder 4 - Addon Modules

We are using the Wayne Corp template. We are trying to modify the modules that are at the bottom of all pages. bottom logo, address, talk to us. It seems they are all linked to modules. If I touch any of the modules even open the item dissapears from view in the website. If I go to edit the module in page builder it is empty asking to build a new row. If I create a new module that one will show up. We are using Joomla 4.2.8, PHP 8.2 and Page Builder 4.0.7.

please change PHP version with PHP 8.2 there are may be problems (and they are, even with Joomla core), use PHP 8.1 by now.

Accepted AnswerOk I rolled back to 8.1 php. Still doesn't fix the issue. If I go to module: Bottom-logo ->Edit with SP Page Builder The builder doesn't have any content. It only has: Start Creating Page.

Wayne corp template is just broken. The modules don't work. If you delete the modules you in the quickstart and create new ones the new modules work. Before if you even opened the module the section that showed the module in the page goes away, with no way to display it again. You have lots of PHP errors, you have so many issues with the new Joomla 4 and SP 4, wayne and PHP 8.1 or 8.2. I had to fix lots of code issues to get things to even work.
