I installed Politicas_quickstart 4.0 and send me an error when I try to change any, the error is

0 Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension   extension_id.

What is wrong?

Really sorry for your issue.

Which PHP version you are using there, please? It seems something about Joomla core files though.
