Addon Modal Popup Image Not Working

Hi,

I updated Joomla and Pagebuilder. Now my Modal Popups are not working anymore:

I disabled all JS and CSS compression and turned off production mode. But no change. I get the following error in the console (which I do not know what it means) https://postimg.cc/XpnhbyXL

Yes I have, I am working with Joomla for 10+ years, I would never ask such a question, if I hadn't checked the basics first.

It seems like jquery is loaded but magnific-popup is not. I get the same error, when I want to use the image-Addon with lightbox.

Any Ideas?
