Hi. This usually happens due to the fault of hosting - the ban on external requests from the PHP scripts in the server settings. At the same time, the hosting support reports that everything is ok on their side :).

From my practice, I can judge that support specialists in hosting companies very often do not have transpatient skills. Therefore, taking their answers for 100% truth is never worth it.

I also recommend to check on alternative hosting panel, even you can use a trial period from different hosting company. I guess there are more than one in your country.

@Pavel WHY DOES IT WORK ON JOOMLA 3 BUT NOT ON JOOMLA 4???? WHY DOESN'T THE HOSTING SERVER BLOCK THE LAYOUTS????????
