How Can I Change The TAGs Layout In Gazette Template?

I am thinking that maybe there are no settings for changing the displays of the TAGs layouts and that I have to do some overrides? Can you show me how I might be able to make some changes to the TAGs layouts.
Here is a page of tagged items that I need to change the layout for:

I would like to know if we can make this page two columns. Or maybe just one column but I could add modules to the right column.
And, I would like to display more introtext and possibly the full item text.
Anyhow, I am not positive yet the best way to change the layouts but if there are some options I am not finding, I would sure like to know.

Accepted AnswerThanks, Basically I was thinking that since this is from Joomla that it might be able to follow Joomla settings. Like the ability to display across one column or two, etc... Also, in this case images are not resized to fit a width and height that is preferred. Basically there is very little control of the Tag pages without knowing how to tweak the css

Also, I have another ticket open because Google is not likinig the Tag pages because there is no viewport settings for mobile devices.
