Hello I am using image and feature addon for a picture but it appear not clear in IPhone only I tried many picture in the same possition but the same I used the picture which appear good from bottom to top but also I deleted the section and use the bottom section , but also the same !! https://files.fm/u/a8mwb35sx

Have you tried on different mobile browser, not only Safari (default one), if not - test it.
Yes, you can install others... Chrome, Firefox.

Accepted AnswerOn PC / Android - device in mobile view - all look OK, besides it's basic HTML code, nothing fancy.
Try again also on Mobile Safari. This time refresh 2x.
On your screenshot it looked like max compressed image, low quality.
