Off Canvas Menu & Burger Not Displaying

In the backend while designing in Helix Framework, the burger shows perfectly and the background of the off-canvas menu is perfect. On an actual phone, the burger menu does not show at all, but if you tap on the far right of the phone screen the off-canvas menu comes up with a transparent background. Its very odd. Any help would be great

Accepted AnswerSOLVED Turns out I had a simple custom css changing the font-size in the offcanvas menu. Removing that, everything works.
I have the same issue.
I have tested on Edge, Firefox and Chrome. I saw it work once on Chrome - and noticed it's now animated. I suppose that change went wrong with the latest update.

Accepted AnswerThank you for getting back to me. It seems as though it was just simply a cache issue on the phone for in the morning, all was fine.
