How does Each Teacher Control His Or Her Own Courses On SP LMS?

Please, I am working on LMS project, and I need to set up or grant each teacher to be able to upload their lessons and manage their own courses. But I couldnt achieve that. Please can you provide a guide as to how to grant each teacher control of their own courses?
