Issue With 1 SP LMS Teacher's Page, Rest are Fine

Everything was going fine. I was able to apply HTML code with formatting tags for my SP LMS Teachers pages. As well as the Designation, which was inserted on the page with proper formatting.

But, all pages are fine, except one. However, I do not see the HTML formatting on the other pages within the admin, but at least they display fine in the browser.

On the page with the browser display issue: First the Designation disappeared completely on the one page and instead wound up in the editor section with no formatting, while also still showing in the Designation input. Also, the text for the description, lost all formatting as well. I reintroduced the HTML in the admin and saved, but formatting did not display on the page.

I tried recreating the page, but it was still the same unformatted blob of text and designation prior to the text, also unformated.

So, I used the editor as a WYSIWYG and tried to format that way, which did not give me formatted text on the browser page either, along with the Designation still missing.

Tried inserting via just text and applying HTML tags within the text, which still gave me the blob of text. Then, I toggled the editor and tried formatting within it, as well as trying source code method. Nothing, still the same.

Don't know why it is only that one page, while the rest are fine.

Hoping this is nothing stupid, but I've tried every way I can think of to fix it.

I have cleared cache on the server, followed these instructions https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/joomla-cache-options-a-smart-way-to-speed-up-your-site up to enabling the cache plugin. Also, looked over this page https://docs.joomla.org/Cache to see if there were further actions. The page still is messed up.

Please help?

Hello Bruce W Golub,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

I have switched your Default Editor to Code Mirror. On the TinyMCE, the formatting was not preserved. On Code Mirror, it works fine. Please fix the text of the other teachers.

Best regards
