Using SP Pagebuilder Pro ver. 3.8.9 with the Helix Ultimate template, how do I create a text pop-up when a curser is over an image block? I usually use the "title" field, but in this case it adds the text outside of the image.

I would like to add a simple phrase such as "Click Here for More Information!" when a user places their curser over an image.

Any advice would be appreciated!
