Hi,
it may be caused by many reasons.
Basic tip >> https://ibb.co/6rhgqyG

inside "From" field you can put also {email}
if this form field was used. Try both ways:

1. New created e-mail [email protected]
2. And {email}

Check also SPAM folder.
