Is there any anthother plug in mechanism for "random captcha question", just like this moment is 「3+4?」, and next time is「 5+3?」......We just think for information security.

No, but you can use question: What is name of president?, Color of water?, City name? What letter is missing in C_ca-Cola? etc. be creative -

3+7 is was just a example.
