I have installed the Estate real estate template and on the frontend I have this error:

0 Class "NumberFormatter" not found

How do I solve?

With php 8.x nothing works, even in the backend there are problems.

Changing Compile SCSS to CSS to nope fixes it but why is broken in the first place??

It should be fixed by setting 50% to 0% in the presets.scss file. Then you can keep Compile SCSS to CSS on.
