Empire Class "NumberFormatter" Not Found Error

LC

Template 1 year ago

I am using shaper Empire template on a new install of Joomla 4.4.4 with PHP 8.3. I am getting the 404 error "Class "NumberFormatter" not found".

When I have searched the forum for answers, it always seems like the help desk needs to log in to fix something, and usually it's on a different template. I have tried to downgrade the PHP to 7.4 but that did not fix the issue.

Is there any solutions to this? Thanks

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Is it possible to share a Akeeba backup of your site? I will check your site in our local environment.

Best regards,

Toufiqur Rahman (Team Lead, Support)

I see your site looks fine. Is that the backup you sent to me? If so, maybe its the Network Solutions server?

Yes, this is the last backup which i have shared with you. You should try another hosting server. Thanks

It's Network Solutions. They host Joomla websites. They meet the requriements. Why do I need to change servers? Can you tell me what's going on?

I just told you for the testing purpose. If it works on another server then you need to contact your hosting provider. That's it. Thanks for understanding.

I tried uploading another template on the same server as a test, Investa (quickstart). Everything works fine. I haven't had a chance to upload Empire on another server yet but since it worked fine on your server I assume it will probably work fine on a different server for me. Just curious why Empire didn't work on this server, but Investa did.

Could you kindly grant me access to your Joomla administrator area so that I can investigate the issue you're experiencing? Prior to providing access, please ensure that you have backed up your site. Additionally, it's important to note that providing login credentials is entirely voluntary on your part; we respect your decision either way. However, if you do choose to share the login details, it would greatly expedite the resolution process. Thank you for your cooperation.
