Cannot Upload A Video

I'm trying to upload a 16MB video clip via JSPB media manager and it says the file is too large. Originally it was 26MB and failed as did 18MB. My maximum file upload size is set to 36MB in php config as confirmed in Joomla.
I can upload it via ftp but I cannot locate it in Media manager ... I need this urgently!
At least under where in the Joomla scructure are these uploaded videos?

- In Joomla Media > Options > change "Maximum Size (in MB)" to max that you need, this same value as in PHP settings.
- Then try to upload again using SPPB Media.
If it will fail use "A" Team method:
- Upload mp4 file to, for example, images/video using Joomla Media(!) or FTP tool or File Manager component.
- Then inside Video addon in insert field use full URL to that file with https etc.
