Cannot Find Any Uploaded Mp4 Video!

Hello, I want to upload MP4 videos from my PC in SPB-Pro.

  1. I used FileZilla to pthat map!
  2. I also uploaded the videos to the SPB - Media folder; I receive a successfu upload notification. However, when I try to upload one of these videos to the "video" addon/location on the page via the frontend, I can't find anny video ! Question: How, and in which folder, should I upload these videos, and how do I then place them on the page?

Shouldn't I place the video in the Media folder via FileZilla? Or should I upload them directly to the SPagebuilder -IMAGES folder in the backend of my test site?

Please advise. Best regards, Rashmideva (who has just been practicing with PB=Pro for a few days)

Hello,

You don´t need upload from FTP, you can use the SPB media mannager to upload, images, audio, or video files, is best because SPB don´t use media folder.
