SP Movie Database Bug Maybe Confirmed?

I installed moview_quickstart_j4_v3.0.0 in a server folder.
At startup:
Configuration/Site/SEO Settings
... Search Engine Friendly URLs = Yes
... Other parameters = No
Module spmoviedb search is perfect on homepage and others pages (dropdown is active) ... pictures moview001 & 002.jpg
I change the SEO parameters:
... Search Engine Friendly URLs = Yes
... Use URL Rewriting = Yes
... Other parameters = No
Module spmoviedb search is is perfect on homepage and 1st level links of menu (movies, celebrities, …) but dropdown is out on other pages (movies/latest movies, …) ... pictures moview003 & 004.jpg
So same bug as on my site and on the work site (see https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/23264).
I ask you to confirm the bug on SP Movie Database or SP Moviedb Search module.
Above all, if you confirm, I hope a quick update of the component or module or the possibility to download the erroneous files.

I installed moview_quickstart_j4_v3.0.0 in a server folder. So it's a fresh installation for Moview.
But i have the same problem on a other site J3 to J4 and after install SP Movie Database 2.0.0. (https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/23264)
Just install Moview and do 2 tests with the different SEO parameters and you can draw conclusions.

I installed the backup files in a new folder.
I redid the tests with the different SEO settings.
Still the same problem with the spmoviedb_search module.
No problem with only "Search Engine Friendly URLs" on YES.
The dropdown display does not work anymore on the pages of a movie or a celebrity if "Search Engine Friendly URLs" is set to YES and "Use URL Rewriting" is also set to YES.

It's the same for the other sites (work or not) and there are 2 common points.
All the templates come from Joomshaper (moview, helixultimate, newsberg).
The SP Movie database extension is installed on all of them and the SP Movie Search module has the same problem.
