Hi we have a Joomla 3.10.11 site using the following:

Shaper Varsita 3.3 System - SP PageBuilder 3.8.9 System - Helix3 Framework (3.0.3) Helix3 - Ajax (2.5.6) I have been instructed to upgrade the site to Joomla 4. Must I first choose a different template (hope not), and install SP PageBuilder 4 before I can proceed?

Hi Geoff,

  1. That template doesn't have Joomla 4 version yet. Easy to check it: https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/varsita
  2. I would keep SPPB 3.8.x by now, valuable observation.
  3. Joomla 3.10 is stupported till Aug 2023.

For sure - do not make upgrade on root/production website - first play on test subdomain! Otherswise you may have huge "Bush Fire"! As Aussies you know what it means exactly. I tell you that as good mate.

Thank you for the reply. SO just to confirm, SPPB 3.8.x is Joomal 4 compatible?
