Good day i have a template with helix ulitmate 2.0.12 with joomla 3. can i update it to joomla 4 without loss without any problem

Thanks for contacting us. Yes you can update it as Helix Ultimate is ready for Joomla 4. But mayb you have faces some issue. So its better first keep a full site backup and then update joomla.
