SP Page Builder: Cannot Apply Background Image

Hi. I am amending my page with SP page builder 3.8.9 on chrome.
I cannot apply background image nor change the background color of the new "row". Even I duplicate the existing row with background image, the duplicated row's background image disappeared also.
There is also problem in Title. I cannot bold the chinese characters in the title, however I could do it before.

Which template you are using there, please? Can you add background image in other pages? Is the problem with a single page only?
Hope you have fulfilled all the technical requirements and PHP configurations too.

Accepted AnswerThank you for your reply Rashida. I tried to open a new page, using “digital Agency” template. I tried to change the background color or image, but not successfully.
For example, I click “row option” of the top row, in “style” page, in “enable background options”, I clicked “choose your image” and insert another image. However when I clicked preview, the background image still didn’t change.
