Vertical-align: Column is Not Working

Hi, I have recently updated Page builder to 4.0.10. It was working fine in 4.0.8 but now column vertical alignment is not workin any more. I have tried to find the issue and what I have found is that the class"sppb-align-items-center" is adding at wrong position in 4.0.10 but in 4.0.8 its adding at right position. Check the attached screenshot.
The issue is class"sppb-align-items-center" is adding along with sppp-column-vertical-align in page html rather then adding in next div.

Kindly let me know once you resolved the bug so I will update my websites to updated version of page builder. As I have implemented it in many of my websites and now stuck with this issue.
