Good afternoon, I can not add a video to the background of the Page Builder page. The component does "not" see the video uploaded via ftp. Only very small files can be uploaded through the component, a 70 MB file is not uploaded. Upload size on the site 128 mb. Video launched from YouTube works. mp4 no http://poki.niv.lv/lv/ Joomla - 4.2.9 Page Builder - 4.0.10

I see video in the backgound right now, but I guess it's from youtube.

Put a full URL path to video file, yes you can even upload big file using FTP tool.

For example In Row Options > Video URL field insert:

https://poki.niv.lv/images/video/homes.mp4

(I hope you enabled https so far?)

70MB is heavy video, loading time will be slow!
