Artion - Problem With Sticky Position

Hi,
I have made a clean quick start installation of the Artion template, and updated all extensions and Joomla to latest version.
No other changes have been made.
When I preview the Pagebuilder page: "Agency - Service Details" on my site the "sticky picture" on the left is not sticky.
I have chatted with "Tasdikul I." regarding this problem and he confirmed that he could also see the problem on his end.
Please advice how to fix this problem.

I managed to solve the problem myself on our development site. It turned out the menu item linked to the Page Builder page was missing the page class: "details-page"
